Steps to Success
Planning & Prep Meeting: We establish the goals and focus of all our programs in conjunction with the team-management and players we work with. Full buy-in and focus from players is fundamental to the success of our programs.
Player Assessment/Testing: Taking place over 2-3 sessions, the first assessment is held with the intention of identifying player weaknesses/restrictions across their kinetic chain. Following this, players undergo a battery of tests (chosen with relevance to your sport in mind) in order to assess their ability across key performance variables.
Program Design: Following analysis of results players will receive individual feedback on their results and be taken through the implications of their results. Team management also receive group reports. The assessments will also dictate the content of individual player programs. Player results and the demands of the game will also feed the group training priorities.
Program Execution: Players are encouraged to apply themselves to their tailored programs and also to group sessions. In order to facilitate and help players Match-Fit are contactable by phone 7-days-per-week. Player progress is monitored by replicated testing/assessments every 6-8 weeks and again results are shared with all players so as to inform their future progress.
